77 Best Games Like Outrunner 2:

RUSH is a 3D puzzle game developed by Two Tribes. It is a remake of WiiWare title Rubik's Puzzle Galaxy: Rush.

The game’s art-style is very reminiscent of other Two Tribes title – Edge. It is extremely minimalistic. The levels themselves are mainly made of white cubes, and the other object is simplistic and colorful, and are mostly just geometrical shapes.

The game consists of more than 70 levels. Your goal is to guide multicolored cubes to a certain spot on the level throughout the multi-layered levels; the game world is fully 3D.
To do so, you have to place individual tiles over the cubes’ course. They affect cubes’ direction and speed. There are also special tiles such as teleports. Each level has several entrance point and exits for the cubes of different colors. Some of them can have special objects like conveyor belts that affect cubes’ behavior. After the player places the tiles, they can press the button to start the movement of the cube. From this point, the player cannot affect them, and if any cubes collide or fall from the edge of the level, the stage restarts.
The main concern for the developers was the maximum simplification of the controls so the player can focus on the puzzles alone, so all the movements in the game may be performed with the sole mouse.

2. Endorlight

Endorlight is a roguelike platformer developed by Unika Games.

Endorlight is a typical roguelike game. That means that death is permanent. Upon death, the players lose all their items, yet it is still possible to retrieve them if you find a way to the spot you died on. The main objective of each level is to find an exit off of it.

The game has no saving system whatsoever. The players have to play through the game in one sitting. There are more enemies on each level with them being much tougher. The players will have to win a boss fight every five levels. After defeating a boss, a new world biom is unlocked. Each boss is different, has more health and does more damage upon hitting the player.

It is possible to collect gold and use it to purchase several character upgrades, such as increased health, damage multipliers and much more. The game also features a leaderboard that logs how much levels did the player pass, how much gold did they gather, and how much time did it take them to do so.

Your arsenal is not large, as the only things you can get through your enemies are your ax, your bow, and your whip.

The game was pulled off Steam for violating copyright law, because of the usage of the open-source code of another game Spelunky and copying another game called Caveblazers, but on a different engine.

Rosenkreuzstilette is an action-platformer game in which you step into the shoes of Spiritia Rosenberg, a virtuous young woman caught on the wrong side of a revolution instigated by her closest friends. Each of the game's seventeen stages is filled with treacherous terrain and swarms of enemies ready to make quick work of our plucky young heroine. Guide Spiritia safely to the boss at the end of each stage and use all of the abilities at your disposal to knock some sense into them.
Upon defeating a boss for the first time, Spiritia may acquire a new magical ability or two. There are plenty of unique abilities scattered throughout the game, and some of them can make particularly troublesome areas much easier to navigate. Each boss is especially vulnerable to certain abilities, so learning to pinpoint and exploit these weaknesses is bound to make defeating them a lot less painful (for you, not them).
Having recently completed a six-month-long teaching assignment for the Holy Empire, Spiritia Rosenberg was anxious to return home to her friends and get some well-deserved rest.
Unfortunately, her homecoming would not be the warm welcome she had expected. As Spiritia returned to the Imperial Training Grounds, a monstrous dragon appeared and whisked away her student Iris, the daughter of the esteemed Count Michael Zeppelin. Moments later, flames engulfed the training grounds and its surroundings, ruthlessly consuming everything in their wake. With no time to lose, Spiritia and her fairy companion Lilli rushed into the burning forest in pursuit.
Making her way through the roaring flames, Spiritia was overjoyed to find her best friend, the cool and collected Freudia Neuwahl, already on the scene. However, her joy quickly turned to horror as she learned the identity of the arsonists; her own organization of magicians, Rosenkreuzstilette, with Freudia herself leading the assault.
Freudia informed Spiritia of the unit's decision to rise against the injustices fostered by the Empire, inviting her to rejoin their comrades as they declared war on mankind. Not one to tolerate the suffering of innocents, Spiritia refused - and vowed to stop her comrades from making a senseless and deadly mistake.
Join Spiritia in her quest to stop Rosenkreuzstilette, a company of rogue magicians led by Count Zeppelin himself. A squad composed entirely of Spiritia's dearest friends...

Replay files are saved to the game's "replay" subfolder and are automatically named in sequential order ("rks001.rpy", "rks002.rpy", "rks003.rpy", and so on).

The second screen (the main screen) shows the top of the Empire State Building, while the third screen (intermediate) shows the lower skyline and the Statue of Liberty.
